Default heated seats

question about my heated seats, the lower part is find but the back does not give heat, what gives?

I’m gonna guess this is an XLT. Yes, it should have back and bottom seat warmers. If not you may want to take it to the dealer. My 2018 XLT seat bottoms and back warms up extremely quick.

Take a look at the sticky at the top of this section. Heated Cooled seats. You will find all kinds of ideas on what to look for and what can be done to fix it. I would start with the simple check the little filter under the seat to make sure it is not blocked.
