I don't have this module underneath the passenger seat of my 2018 XLT but the drivers side heated seat isn't working.
Any ideas??

As dielectric grease is non conductive, you forgot to mention it is used in the prevention of the overheating of electrical connections, voltage leakage, and protects against heat damage. So for us that used the grease as a preventative maintenance it has done it's job in keeping from replacing connectors. You have to apply the grease before any signs of damage in the connectors. But yes, a poor design that's for sure. Just a thought..
I’m in the process of doing this repair and noticed that my SCME circuit board has a little damage on it (broken resistor, I think). I’m hoping to repair it, but if I need a new SCME, is it plug and play? Or do I have to get it programmed at the dealer? I can’t really find any commentary on a new SCME install. Truck is a 2016 Lariat.
Note: There are threads on this forum on fixing this. I don't remember the details but there is a controller under the passenger front seat. Inspect the connector...do a search.
