From what I have been reading on here zero change.
Payload may have increased but the est. mpg on a new f150 v8 is the same as my 2010 was.

Not by full integers, but I'm sure there's been a nominal improvement, 2-3%. The main increase was in payload and towing capacity.

I had a 2012 lariat Eco that got about 16 miles per gal. New 2015 5.0 almost constant 19.8 country driving around town.

15 extra cab 4 x 4 2.7 eco-boost with 373 axel , just check mileage today on 460 mile road trip I got 20.85 miles per gallon.

The lie o meter in the Dash registered 21.4.

First half of the trip was on the interstate with cruise set on 72 second half was 2 Lane Country Rd. with cruise set to 61.

For what it's worth my truck goes 102 miles per 100 registered on the odometer.

Caloosakid, that's pretty good mileage. I get 17.7 with my reg cab 2012 4x4. In know the 2015s have more power to.

I'm saying yes, but saying that in a apples to oranges scenario.
My 13 was an FX4 crew cab 5.0 with 3:73, it averaged around 16 mpg
the 15 is XLT Supercab sport with 3:31 averaging around 19 combined, seen as high as 24.5 on the new truck, highest on the 13 was about 21 mpg,
But two totally different trucks, again, apples to oranges.
Now the 13 managed 11.4 mpg with my 5th wheel on a cross country return trip with my 5th wheel on, no big pulls yet with the 15that will be my measure, care less about daily mileage, towing is my marker

I came from a 2011 with with identical equipment & options to the 2015 I just bought (engine, gearing, wheelbase, etc.) and I'm getting 1.5-2.0 mpg better under all conditions (city, highway and towing).

And I've hand-calculated every tank of fuel on every truck I've owned since 1995, so I'm very confident of the improvement.
