Working on this setup. Waiting on my obd forscan module. I completed the terminal inputs at the bcm today, so I'm hoping to finish saturday. I'll report back with the results soon

Would you mind sharing the costs of the parts required? And where you bought the LED assemblies?

Thanks! I'm only 40 minutes away... I may need some help! Lol!
I bought all my ford parts from Tasca. They were the most reasonable on shipping and had a 5% discount code for forum members. All together I spent about $1600. The headlights were $650 each with core charge, the ballasts were $100 each, the ballast screws were about $10 for 6 and the terminals were another $20.

If you need help with yours, just let me know!

I'm curious what else is different about the SE LEDs other than the black housing. In your pic the C lights look white instead of amber.

Nice write up Ryan_B!

If you end up helping anyone else make this upgrade have them make a video. Your write up makes sense, but I just worry about making such an upgrade when I can't say I really know what I am doing or seen it done.

I would gladly play camera man while you worked your magic on my XLT. However, I don't think my wife would agree that NJ is a good vacation destination just so I can get a $1,600 set of headlights installed on my truck.
