Thumbs up Guys.. I need a big favor

So I placed an order for an MX4 tonneau cover, AMP Research HD Max bed extender, and the necessary spacer kit.. Got (I think) a great deal for all 3, under a grand.. anyway, here's where I'm in a bit of a pickle.. My 18 XLT has a drop i plastic bed liner stock from Ford. It's impossible for me to find the drain holes in the bed, there's no notches, or outlines in the plastic bed liner. I have to drill a hole in the liner to feed the drain hose thru.. so my request is this, if someone could take some measurements in their bed, and let me know where I should drill, that'd be awesome. For example.. maybe it's 14 inches below the rear window, and 6 inches off the rail... you get what I'm saying. I obviously don't want to drill blindly. I'd greatly appreciate it if someone could do that for me! In case it matters, it's an 18 XLT Sport SuperCab with 6.5 bed. Thanks fellas!

Can you drill a pilot hole from under the bed? Upward?

Technically there are no drain holes. Just gaps in the floor to side assembly.

2 " up from floor 3" from side. One on each side of the front of the bed.

The measurement from the side may be different on your truck with the longer bed

These are from a 2017 with 6.5' bed.
The dimensions looked to be the same from either side.

Nicely done. I have to much "stuff" in the bed of my truck to get good pics like that. OP should be happy.

Oh, those, I bought an extra set to drill for my BAKflip, and never used or installed drain hoses. Never had water.

Hey Buck, before you do that, please check out my drain mod and see what you think. no glue or clamps, just a couple fittings from the home store.

This thread really made me appreciate this forum. I think it's pretty awesome our members take the time to measure and post pics.

It's nice to be a part of this - thank you.
