Here are some LEDs for the GalaxyMoto that might work. We have these on our work trucks so I was able the measure one to see if it was a possibility. It's a 1.25"x.5" oval lens.
They come in Amber, Clear Amber, and Red. I should also mention that Grote is pretty proud of these little lights. $17-$25 for the Clear Amber, $10-$14 for Amber.
Heres the link. Of course, the bezel is not needed.

I read through all 100 pages or so last night and wanted to get some feedback from folks who may have seen in person both the Galaxy and Paramount grilles.
They essentially are both priced at $350 shipped, with the lights and Ford letter pack. Is one a much better quality than the other? (I know that Paramount seems to include better lights)
Regarding color matching the black plastic on the front of the F-150, does the Matte Black Galaxy grille match the best? I believe the Paramount is more of a charcoal color, would I be better off going with it?

I have the 04 -08 paramount grill, no experience with the Galaxy. The paramount comes with the lights already attached and ready for wire hook up, the two letters (first and third ) are removable to add the F and R, same charcoal color.
Based on what I've seen with the Galaxy and the paramount I have now, I'm very happy to have chosen the Paramount.
