The whole system is amazing. The InTech trailer workmanship is fantastic. The Rail Ryder is by far and away the safest way to load a car. The only thing that touches the car are 4 straps that go over the tires. No getting in and out of the car in the trailer. Trust me the last thing you want to do is ding a million dollar car.

There's the understatement of the day ! That trailer is definitely the way to move high end cars. Do you use a WD hitch with that ?

The color sets it off.
Are the inserts metal?
Easy to remove the inserts and paint?

I have two Intech trailers. One is my toy hauler with living area. With that trailer when loaded weighs 8700 lbs and I use a WD hitch. With the car hauler I put on air bags on the truck and I don't use a WD hitch because I can get the trailer at the exact level I want the trailer tongue. I didn't have the air bags installed when I bought the toy hauler so a WD hitch was the way to go. I know what the weight will be on every tow so I can have the WD hitch set up perfect for every trip.
With the car hauler the tow weight changes with every tow. So having the air bags I can make the ride height correct for that tow.

The insert are a hard plastic. They are very easy to remove. My wheels came with two sets of inserts. One was chrome and one was plain.

It just occurred to me that you can probably adjust the tongue weight by where you position the car within the trailer.

You are correct. I like to load the car to put more weight on the front of the trailer this way I can adjust the weigh with my air bags. My ball mount has a scale built into it so I can get the tongue weight right where I want it to be.

I doubt you found any 15% grades on any public roads. That would be extremely steep.

Well guess what it is a subdivision in Park City Utah where the average house cost 6 million. It was a 2 mile drive to my clients house up the side of a ski resort. I would guess the average grade is 6% with the max at 15% this is from the road signs saying 15%. If you want to come Salt Lake City I will let you run up the road and you tell me what it is.
