Default Good lease price?

I'm ready to deal on a truck below. I want a 36 month, 12,000 mile per year lease with no money down:

2017
Screw
5.5 bed
4x4
XLT
2.7 ecoboost
302a
sport package with 18" wheels
navigation
trailer tow package
brake controller
3.55 gears
sync connect

what would be a good deal on a lease, excluding taxes? I'm hoping I can get in the 400 range given the incentives.

I'm in the greater Chicago area if that matters.

I got my 2016 3 weeks ago (so last year model but brand new), it was 52k, which from your spec's would probably be close, the dealer took about 10k off the price of the truck and I walked away with $3.5k down and $424 a month for 3 years. I don't think $400 a month is realistic, unless they give trucks away in your area or you meant high $400 range.

Mine was a
2016
Screw 5.5ft bed 4x4
XLT w/302a
2.7 ecoboost
chrome package (same cost as sport package I beleive)
Navigation
Trailer package (but no brake controller)
3.55 gears
SYNC3 (is standard with 302a package).
Spray-in bed liner

Mine also had a couple of extras that I didn't want such as sunroof, tailgate step

A good lease price is no lease at all.

Too many variables.

What price you pay get can / will be a far cry from what others may get and vice versa.

I seriously do not understand why anyone would get a lease vs buying a truck. It's just throwing away money. I understand for a company there are certain tax benefits and that might be the only reason, but for a personal vehicle its just giving away money

If its not a business write off and you're considering leasing it means you can't afford the truck. Terrible financial move.
