V8 2018 - best performance comes from 91 which is the best I can get in my area. Average 17.3 overall. Better gas is worth the extra performance.

I always use premium which is 91 in my area with 10% ethanol.

Oh and I use stock Motorcraft synthetic blend oil.

And I don't like in K&N air filters.

I like to sniff all gasoline when I'm not reading gas threads, generally speaking

I never get the same number of miles per tank so that question doesn't count.

Best gas depends on the intended use of that particular tank full and which engine you have. Those who pay attention to their gas usually change it up depending.

3.5 here. I keep 93 in it. Averaging around 18.5 driving 50 miles per day mon-fri and towing about 7,000 lbs 50 miles weekly.

From the title, I thought this was going to be a question about indigestion. I am 40 now so it got my attention nonetheless haha.

I think you will get a real mixed bag depending on who you talk to. There seems to be a noticeable difference running premium in my HO 3.5 so I do at whatever the extra cost is. In my '16 with the 3.5 Eco, it never saw anything other than 87.
