I live in Tampa Bay. All the work on my truck was done by Xtreme Jeep and Truck. Other quote was good ol' 4wheelparts who did great work on my old Ranger.

OP you can get OEM gears. It's the ford racing 4.09 for the new mustangs. The front would be 4.10s From talking to people there is a 1% margin or error and you would be well within that running 4.09s out back and 4.10s up front. Never run Yukons, but I know some people complained aftermarket hummed. I have no clue about the accuracy of that though

I actually went to my dealership first. The parts guy that I talked to said that they do not have anything lower than a 3.73 that will fit the Super 8.8 rear for 2015 and up. I would actually rather go back to OEM. That's the only reason I've been looking at aftermarket stuff. You know how the dealerships can be though. Sometimes they know less than customers about certain things; although, after searching, I haven't been able to find any OEM that will work. I did see the 4.10 for the front, but I haven't found anything through ford that will fit the rear Super 8.8 for a 2016.

I looked into it, and apparently this is the Ford Part # for the rear 4.09 gears for the Mustang, that are supposed to fit the 2015+ F-150. Can't confirm it, but have been looking online and many people have used it. Part #: M-4209-88409A

I did see that one but didn't think it was an option, since it did not state that it would fit the f150. I'll look into it a little further and see what I can find out.
Thank you!

Doing some digging and found this video. It looks like that Ford Performance 4.09 gear is actually made by US Gear (around the 1:40 mark)... interesting.

There's a member on here by the name "tmcoler" or something like that. He did the 4.09 in his 8.8 and says it works great. The guy owns a few of the new F150s as fleet vehicles I believe. I would talk to him about the parts needed to install. I know it works I just don't know if you need any special shims. I'm planning to go with OEM 4.10/4.09 gears when I put raptor takeoffs on. That should put me around the same as 3.73 with stock wheels tires.

Well, I've been going back and forth with my local shop, and fortunately they are willing to come down quite a bit off of the original price for the Yukon install. There was another shop in town willing to do the install for $1500, so they are matching that. (My Ford dealer quoted me the same amount for the install). Also, several months ago, I had a situation where my ABS lines were damaged. More than likely, it was due to the placement after the lift. I paid $400 to get that fixed at the dealership. The shop said they would discount my parts by that much, since it was their fault. So... $1500 install and $1200 parts (yukons front and rear and master install kits). I can live with that. I plan on putting it in the shop Monday morning. I'll let you guys know my thoughts afterwards...
