Trucks looks awesome BTW,great work.
To do a complete exterior wash and clean/dry,polish (glaze) wax (with a machine),dress tires, dress interior, dress under the hood on my black Platinum takes me 10-12 hours and that's working very efficiently with few breaks.
It's a labour or love.
Totally agree, I use halogen lights behind me while correcting but generally get away with a single step so no glaze fillers required. Then wax / sealant but it is a full day for me, a very long day and I've done my fair share of detailing. I'd love to determine how to speed the process. Recently moved to a nanoskin clay mitt to speed that portion but I can't really speed up the polishing which is a large portion of the time. Any tips?

I second the clay mitt, makes claying way faster and I pretty well retired clay bars.
As for the glaze and having lots of fillers,my black paint is in very good shape (no scratches/swirls).I use the glaze (Meguiars Ulitmate Glaze or Meguiars #7 Show Car Mirror glaze" simply to add that "cold, wet mirror look".Followed up with Meguiars Ultimate Wax (synthetic wax).Im all about that "cold, wet mirror look" that glaze and synthetic wax give especially on black paint vs a carnauba wax, whitch gives more of a "warm glow" look.

I used to use glaze on my black cars and still do on the wife's red one. Now that I have oxford white I skip glaze altogether as I have found it provided little enhancement to the depth. I have a once used bottle of Poorboy's white diamond specifically for this truck that I fear might sit forever. I don't have the time I used to so have also switched to synthetic sealants. I wonder if they bond as well to a glazed surfaces? Currently using Wolfgang deep gloss paint sealant 3.0 for personal vehicles. For polishes I stick with Menzerna and Blackfire.

Yeah, white paint is really hard to appreciate when fully detailed because white paint hides a lot.
As for synthetic wax (sealants) being applied over glazes,it can be done,Meguiars Ultimate Wax is meant to go over Merguiats Ultimate Glaze.
As for speeding up the process of full details,I've just done my best to maximum efficiency and ofcourse as mentioned (clay mitts when claying).Having everything right on hand ready to use, stationed accordingly and minimizing breaks (stopping).
I also have a custom kinda "2 in 1" bottle of Meguiars Ultimate Wax mixed with a little Meguiars Ultimate Glaze for a quick application when I'm crunched for time.Mind you it wont provide quite the same results as doing each application separately as the wax protection is then essentially part diluted by all the oils in the glaze.
