Maybe you guys doing the painting should get some sticky shelf liner paper for making your stencils so it doesn't lift while spraying the paint. Or get some black stuff and skip the paint?

I assume by black stuff you mean black contact paper and just cutting a piece and leaving it on the face? Not sure that would look great, I think the edge would make it pretty noticeable, as you get some light from the needles shining on the face.

Even better, I found a great condition 8" productivity screen at a local wrecker today. Nope, just link here for now. I've started selling & shipping clusters to a few Canadian members already. I buy both mph/kmh clusters and can convert one to another easily with programming & face plates.
So Livnitup hooked me up with the new cluster with blue numbers last week, well... I finally caught up to the miles on it and here we are. Thanks for the cluster, love it. The first pic is the og 4"er I replaced sitting in my passenger seat. The install was really easy. It took my about 40 min, but I'm not familiar with popping off plastic pieces and was worried about breaking something. I left the steering wheel boot on because of the plastic tab thing making sliding the cluster out and the new one in the hardest part. Anyways, easy peasy. Thanks again Livnitup.

Cluster looks great, thanks for posting pictures!!! Yeah those trim pieces are pretty scary the first time until you realize they're actually pretty robust; I've probably removed my own cluster 40 times and everything still snaps back in where it should and none of the clips have broken.
