The needles are different on the 2018 Lariat/KR/Platinum non-sport 8" clusters and they appear frosted white or light gray compared to blue (they still illuminate blue though). I was able to program my own mileage to this 2018 so nothing has changed programming-wise on the 18's

Pic below shows pre-2018 8" non-sport cluster needle vs 2018 non-sport needle

Pic below is 2018 cluster installed in my truck:

It will be the best money you spend. Although, it will lead you to other mods.

Livnitup does great work.

Out with the OLD
In with the New
I think this looks better than the Sport with Red needles. The whole dash matches now...

The Sport Gauge with the 4.2" is available if anybody is interested.

Update on the sport cluster face plates: So the shop that told me they thought they could do it called me this morning and told me they couldn't. According to them it is way more complex than the guy first thought. So I think I'm done trying to find a place to do it unless anyone has any other suggestions?

The gears on the vertical gear tree don't display correctly when using the +/- button on the gear shift; they jump 2 at a time for every push of the button when installed in a pre-2017 truck.
