FWIW worth, 3.5 ecoboost and I have noticed a vibration in my gas pedal at certain RPMs. It is not bad enough to chase down, I just thought it is kind of odd. I'll keep an eye on it but right now I'm not too concerned. In my case the rest of the motor is so smooth when it does something different it just seems kind of odd. In my 98 4.6 I don't think I would have thought twice about this level of vibration.

I still think it has something to do with driveline angle/geometry. Curious what the dealer has to say.

I just bought a 2016 Screw 3.5 King Ranch and noticed the vibration shortly after delivery. Putting the adaptive cruise on with engine at ~2k on the highway and it feels like a cell phone buzzing under my right foot when resting on gas pedal.

Pretty unacceptable for a $60k vehicle...

For those of you experiencing this vibration, can you confirm which tcase you have - the Electronic Shift-On-The-Fly (ESOF) System or the 2-Speed Torque-On-Demand? You can tell which system you have by the 4WD **** on the dash: if you have 3 options (2H, 4H, 4L) it's the ESOF, if you have 4 options (2H,4A,4H,4L) is the Torque-On-Demand.

Mine is 4 option torque on demand. Vibration getting steadily worse. Very dissapointing.

Mine is the torque on demand one. I'd imagine all Lariats and above have that one, right?
