FX4 suspension to soft?

I have a 15 supercrew, lariat, with 3.5 and FX4 package,i never text drove the truck before purchase and ordered it,the truck feels like a 76 town car and bobs and sways like a prize fighter?i also have max towing package and have owned two ther FX4 trucks a 08 and 11 ecoboost.
Has anyone else noticed this in there truck? I almost think the correct shocks were not installed? I plan on reserching the part numbers tomorrow.

I just picked up my 2015 F150 SCrew Lariat today. I ordered it with the 3.5 ecoboost and the FX4 package. I test drove a couple before I ordered it, but now I realize, I don't believe any had the FX4 option.

I'm experiencing the very same thing you described. It feels nothing like the trucks I test drove. So much so, that i googled it wondering if it was just me too. Admittedly, I'm beginning to regret checking that option box when I placed the order.

Damn. I ordered my '16 with the FX4 Pkg.

What changes the ride that much? The 'upgraded shocks'?

Would the Hellwig rear sway bar help this?

I have noticed more "bobbing" than my previous fx4s. I attributed it to the truck being lighter weight.

UPDATE
I just had Ford replace the front Shocks and the truck feels much better,I must have had a bad set of shocks, the truck feels much more stable with the addition of rear sway bar but still no were as good as my last few FX4s

I plan of talking to the Ford Reps at SEMA next week to let them know my concerns and others opinions,I love the truck but the engineer who did the suspension calibration missed the mark IMO.

Haha, you think those reps at SEMA will either care what you have to say, or do anything about it?

They're probably worse than the abysmal customer service reps here.

5100's will stiffen it up...

Are those available for 2015s ? I wont need a level kit to use them will I ?

techrep 10-30-2015 11:30 AM

no level needed...the 5100 does this job for you...

I would think the FX4 package would be a little stiffer with the shocks?

Hill Descent Control, an electronic locking rear axle, off road "tuned" shock absorbers and underbody skid plate.
