Default Front wheel bearing issues.

been to dealership 4 times now. Every four months or so I go back with same growling sound . They are blaming the grease Ford is using. Is there another cause of bearing issues they are not looking at? The service manager even said until ford comes up with a solution I will just have to keep bringing it in and they will replace the bearings. 🙄

That sounds a bit odd, I have 46,000 km (28,500 miles) on my 17 Screw and never (knocking on wood) had any issues with my wheel bearings. Maybe try another dealership?

Just had my driver side bearing replaced under warranty. 43k miles on it, been making some noise for a few months. Quiet as can be now. They didn't give me any **** for aftermarket leveling kit.

. Yep they claim they have looked at the iwe and claim they checked for vacum leaks. Manager tried to explain why the sound went away when I put it in four high . Too upset to listen lol I will take my paperwork from the four times to another dealership to see if they could find the issue.

that to me sounds like a faulty IWE or something with the system
