Default Front shocks for 2.5” level

So I’m going to finally put my 2.5” leveling kit on. But looking at options for front shock and only seen a few pit that will go to 2.5” . Most are for stock - 2” or actual lifts.

are there any front shock that would be recommended or are oem good enough?

Truck is a 2015 screw 4wd

I could be wrong but I believe leveling pucks are placed in-between the shock assembly and shock mount so the shock isn't actually stretched 2.5". The suspension assembly is pushed down 2.5". In other words, any shock will work because its not a suspension lift. I could be wrong though.

that makes sense to me. I’ve never lifted a truck so I have no clue.

If replacing the strut is important, just get Bilsteins and choose the right setting.

With a level spacer, you will retain stock struts.
