I did my install in the driveway by myself too. Mounted them inverted like stock, and put the top bolts in first. Then found a good angle and used two hands to push each up and rest the bottom end in the mounting bracket. Since they are gas filled, they want to extend, so the key for me was one good smooth push and set it in place. Holding it compressed for any length of time can be tough. Once I had a shock on the lower bracket, I used a long punch through the mounting hole to lever the bottom end up and align the holes. With the holes aligned, I just slipped a second punch in the back side to hold the shock in position, and slipped the bolt through. It really wasn't that bad once I compressed the shocks with a single straight push.
I compressed the shock before attempting to mount it. Used a tie down to keep it compressed. Mounted the top first then used tied down clamp to slowly release until I could align the bottom bolt.

Yup. I was messaging with Adam at stage 3 about the fox and I think they ran out while we were messaging. I missed out. I ordered them elsewhere and got the last ones that place had too. They had to send them from two different warehouses. Sadly I didn't get the stage 3 price but with almost 2000km on my truck I already decided I really wanted to try some different shocks. Everyone raves about the fox on here sooo.....
