Maybe down south the low windshield fluid seems ridiculous but up here in the spring when you get a ton of snow and dirt melting together all over the road it isn't uncommon to go through a jug of fluid within a few days. It's nice to get a heads up before you run out of fluid while your on the freeway and can't see anything.

I had the warning in my last car (VW golf) and it was a nice feature except the fluid tank seemed like it only held half a jug of fluid so it was beeping seemingly all the time.

I'm happy with a lot of the new features. Although I'm still waiting for a glove box light and a light for the cavernous center console. Please, Ford read this and add them!

I have to agree with I Ford. I don't wear shoes in my house. All wood floors. Would be interesting to see that in a truck with rubber mats lol. And why are there People driving a truck if they don't know how to open a hood? They should be driving a mini van or a vw beetle it seems.

Go home to carpeted house, walk in with those **** laden shoes, then ye baby crawls around on that nasty mess. Y'all figure I hate carpet, eh? We lived in Japan so long, I canno' enter our house with me shoes on anymore, just plain nasty.

Ford, here's wha' I want - ye highest end trucks, King Ranch, Platinum, with nice leather seats - and rubber floors! But noooo, people will go buy those high $ weather thingamabob floor mats. Why? So they won't mess up that ridiculous stinking carpet.

Hey, y'all know wha' I hate? Yep, carpet.

I agree with you 100% buddy. You order a Lariat or higher, and magically the ability get get vinyl floors just magically disappears. I ordered a Lariat primarily for the leather seats. I had my dealer call the regional office, check with the parts department (to swap it out after it arrived), etc., trying to find a way to get a vinyl floor in my Lariat and I was just met with a resounding NO at every turn.

Last I checked, these trucks run down the same lines as XL, XLT, etc., models, so there really is no practical reason why these couldn't be offered with vinyl floors.

Whew, thanks byoungblood! After that one word "wow" comment, I thought maybe I was going crazy. Ready for Ye Olde Insane Asylum. Heheheeee, anyway, yeah, I looked at a great XLT I think it was, with vinyl floors, and sales boy (no offense meant, but at my age, about everybody is a boy to me) told me told me ye cain't get vinyl in Lariat and above.

I tell ye though, I'm really liking these new '15 F150s a heap. Just cain't wait to see and drive one for meself!
