Here you go boys... let me know. This one was fun to figure out. I was previously restricted to low beams only and any other change would give an invalid configuration error in FORScan. Well this changes that...

Thread for all DRL discussion (to not clutter up this one): https://www.f150forum.com/f118/setti...t-find-380225/

Allow All Alternate DRL Options (Restrictions Removed - No Invalid Configuration Errors):

BdyCM (As-Built Modifications)

Allow All DRL Choices:
726-45-01: xxxx 7Fxx xxxx

Enabled DRL Selection:
726-50-01: XXxx

XX:

01 = Disabled / Parking Lights Only (See change below)
02 = Low Beams
04 = Front Fog Lamps
08 = Front Turn Lamps
10 = Dedicated DRL Lights (LED Light Bars/Strips) - Enables BCM DRL Outputs - C2280F (F-150) Pins 36 (Right) and 40 (Left)
20 = High Beams
40 = Low Beams and Dedicated DRL Lights

Optional: Enable DRL Parking Lights:
Can be combined with other DRL options above
726-26-02: x1xx xxxx xxxx

Optional: Disable DRL Switchback w/Turn Signal:
726-26-02: xxx0 xxxx xxxx

On/Off for these is controlled from the Instrument Cluster DRL Control.

I know many of you change wiring and such to accomplish some of these which can be now changed in seconds... so enjoy!

Note: To test... DRLs are only active when vehicle is on, headlight switch is in automatic headlights position, and transmission is in Drive. Engine does not have to be running and E-Brake can be engaged.

Enable IPC DRL Control (If Missing): http://www.2gfusions.net/showthread....85446#pid85446

I'm new here but finished reading every post on this thread last week (yes, over 7500 of them). I got forscan and the USB adapter from livin's starting guide and have done a few changes so far from his spreadsheets.

I tried to do the fog light DRL yesterday with the spreadsheet values and it did not work (wouldn't write), tried dan's values in this post and fog's work as DRL's now. I only tried the low beams and fog's separately, but the new values work on my truck.

Thanks to everyone who's contributed in this thread so far, it's all a amazing stuff. Big thanks to livin for his guide and dan for helping out us F-150 guys when he doesn't have one himself lol.

thanks!
the TPMS will also reset while parked. Left the truck over night, started it today and all the pressures were displayed

I can confirm also that this works. Great work Dan! I set it to the turns and it works just as expected. I'm finally able to remove the relay and other hardwiring I had to do this! Only thing is I have switchback bulbs which are white for park/running lights and flash amber for turns. So my DRL is amber instead of white.

I wonder if there is a setting to use the park/running lights as DRL so it will light up in white, and not in amber as it is doing now with the turns (option 8). I have other Morimoto switchback halos on my fogs which are tied into the same circuit. They are yellow as well instead of white with this change. I'll have to experiment a little I guess.

Try this with your aftermarket lights:

Enable Parking Lights w/DRL Enabled:
726-26-02: x1xx xxxx xxxx

Disable DRL Switchback w/Turn Signal:
726-26-02: xxx0 xxxx xxxx

and use one of the other DRL settings like Dedicated or something else. (Dedicated will give you two DTCs with nothing connected to the outputs, FYI).

I tried the above, and it still does not use the white parks as DRL.

My 726-26-02 is 0100 xxxx xxxx

I tried the "08" option at 726-50-01, still lights amber for DRL
I tried the "10" option at 726-50-01, and nothing lights up.

I tried other combinations and got incompatible configuration.

Tried the Fogs for DRL. Didn't work for me. Should I see other options in IPC lighting other then daytime lights? I have it checked off but after the change I get no daytimes at all. I had the CDN DRL disable activated on my truck prior.

Does anyone know if the automatic engine start/stop feature can be disabled? It's on automatically upon startup and can be turned off with the button by the radio, but I'm wondering if it can permanently be disabled through FORScan.
