Thanks
I have this exact one and it works great. I have had no issues at all.

Question on the 'New Blue GT' theme. I enable the necessary settings to get this display. The spreadsheet said I had to set 7D0-02-01 sixth character to 'D' which is the GT theme. What would happen if I set it to '5', the Raptor theme. Would the background display stay the new blue but with the Raptor animation? Or would it just break things.

Little uncertain about just arbitrarily changing things to see if it works. Don't know if I can brick the modules or not

Thanks

Paul

I do have BT. Is there a better alternative? Seems to me the USB is the fastest. Don't know how important this is.
If you have a 17 inch laptop, the BT is indeed easier to use... Not enough room between lap and steering wheel...

USB cable is long enough to put the laptop on either the center console lid or middle seat.

Question...
I have the 2018 Lariat 502a, my brother in a brother has the 2018 King Ranch. I have been telling him about all of my mods and he wants me to apply to his truck when he gets in town.
Can I do a back up of his settings, then load my mod files from Forscan to his truck rather than going through the single line item method?
Thanks in advance.

That would be particularly dangerous. You can not assume that all of the values that are NOT being changed are the same between the two trucks.

Of course, there is the option of loading your modded files from Forscan and only writing the individual lines that you want to save. However, don't select WRITE ALL.

I would NOT do that. his truck is going to have options that are coded different from yours & vice versa, so the changes need to be made on his codes in his truck not from your codes

I was thinking along the same line as that. Thanks for confirming. Much appreciated.

If you changed it to a D and got the GT theme, then change it to a 5, you will get the Raptor theme. Many of the early settings that were found on the spreadsheet were found exactly like you said, changing things arbitrarily and seeing what happens.
