Well there's your answer why you don't see the IPC module; that's the wrong adapter. Your adapter needs to be capable of seeing the HS-CAN & MS-CAN to see all the modules and you can see from the graphic below that the SX doesn't support MS-CAN

The USB versions are a LOT more cost effective. The BT one I quoted above has jumped in price recently.

1) any issue loading my ACM-original (or any other original file) that was saved/created while the truck has Sync v2.2 (or maybe v2.3) now that I'm on Sync v3.0?

2) is there a description of how the #1 through #9 EQ Selections are setup? I read that #0 is flat but curious about the others - perhaps Rock, Pop, etc. or any other description instead of having to change values then listen for differences?

Thanks!
Sorry if this has been covered before.

There won't be any issue loading your original ACM file even if you've updated Sync version. The EQ selection 0 is flat but the other values are designated by the cab design (coupe/convertible/regular cab/super cab/crew cab) & the # of speakers.

Default extended license

haven't used forscan for a while and had to renew my license, for some reason I only get the trial license even thought the page header says "Generate Extended License". Am I missing something?
