I understand it isn't recommended but 99% of my use is while the truck is running. I prefer knowing there is a charge from the alternator while working and I don't have to worry about the battery monitor saver shutting the system down while I'm mid way through writing sensitive data to a module.

If your truck is similar, and if it helps, I still have six (6) VINs that I used along with the as-built info in a spreadsheet. PM me with your e-mail and I will send it to you.

Can also send you my final APIM as-built if you want.
Thank you wristshot. I've got a few trucks to compare to now, so things are starting to be clear a mud. It's actually really interesting seeing all these options and simple coding. Thanks again.

What's up guys I tried forscan for the first time last weekend and so far have some seat belt chimes, Bambi mod, idle secure, double honk, temp read out, double honk. On my 2015 f150
I'm wanting to disable the gps lockout over a certain speed, and want to increase the heat on my heated steering wheel a bit, can y'all help me out with that and any other cool ideas?

Nothing you can do with the GPS restriction. Seems to me the heated steering wheel, you can't make it hotter than its capable, but it seems to me people were able to set it at high. It will cycle also, you can't make it stay on hot all the time. Somebody that did it will chime in I'm sure. I don't have it in my truck.

So when saving original build, do you do one module at a time or all together?

A bit off topic for second.. After watching the 2019 video that Airborne Ape was kind enough to post. I noticed a couple things .
First, no bedside decal. Curious if that's just an early build thing or how they'll be from now on or maybe just higher trims.
If they are going with no decal I'm going out tonight and making mine a 2019.
Second thing is, that rear bumper sure is sweet. I hope to hell I don't see that on a 5.0.. because I'll be installing a new bumper if so.

By GPS lockout I assumed he means Nav input while driving. 2015's have warm steering wheels @ 94°F, not hot ones like in 2016 which are 100°F.

And yes both are things that can be enabled and are already posted in Livnitup's doc.

Nav in Motion is in the APIM. Steering wheel temp is in the HSWM and can be configured between 68° and 100°.

Can you help me find those items? I looked on the page and do not see them. Thanks

3. Enable numbers above the gauges all the time.
4. Enable reverse tilt
5. Disable double honk.
1. ANC is the fake engine noise on the F150. Don't get it confused with Bose Active Noise Cancelation that the Chevy Denalis have.

No F150 has active noise cancelation. There is no array of microphones wired in (It's possible someone could add it though). They are often confused with the F150 glass intrusion sensors; they are not the same thing.

It's labeled ANC for the same reason Livnitup has trunk lid options listed in his spreadsheet. Only the Ford Vignale and Endeavour offer true Active Noise Cancelation. The terminology and data used to fill in the F150 spread sheet came from Livnitup looking into those other vehicle profiles.

So the memory line which is noise cancelation in the Ford Mondeo Vignale and Endeavour is fake engine noise in the F150.
