That would be a good find if CTA would also display on the APIM screen.

Dan and myself have both explored this option on a few different builds of Sync 3 for at least the last year and have not found a vehicle or firmware where it is a valid option. My guess is, it is unique to the EU Ford Mondeo hybrid and is primarily subjective to which IPC firmware is installed.

Default Global windows not working

Trying to get global windows to work on my 15 SCAB XLT. I have put the values into the correct places and re-written them multiple times to make sure. Cannot get my fob to roll the windows up nor down. I am unlocking once then unlock and hold. And holding lock to roll them up but nothing happens.
Any help?

To use global windows down, press unlock then press and hold unlock. To raise the windows, press lock and then press and hold lock.

...I know how to do it.. It is not working. Even reset the DDM and PDM, and nothing. Also you do not have to hit lock twice, you can just hold it down and it works also

5 lines of code need to be changed. Don't think I have seen a truck that hasn't worked. When you hold it down are you giving it enough time, it's not imediate.

Yup, 3 in BCM, 1 in DDM, and 1 in PDM. I remember the lines exactly. I was holding them down for 30 seconds.

But I got it to work! Took a break, went back and rewrote the values. Nothing changed but now it decided to work. One of the BCM values must have not been saving correctly or something odd

If I back up the as built IPC module and I am only going to change the values In the IPC module for the trans and coolant temp display and no changes to any other modules do I need to back up all the other as built modules as well? There really are no other changes that I need or want. Thanks
