Half way home from work yesterday (hour drive) the front outlet started working. I have noticed that some changes that I have made with Forscan don't take right away. Some drive time has always corrected my problem.

I always turn ignition off, remove key, open door then close and check for changes.

Also, please note that the spreadsheet and Airborne_Ape's values aren't matching for a value of 7.

*= Least Significant Bit. In this case, the bit that adds the value of 1 to the number.
I had same question when mapping this as well.
Well...with the data posted we can probably determine what it should be.
Let's play a quick bit game shall we...
Binary/Hex
0000 0 = Disabled
0010 2 = One flash
0100 4 = Two flashes
0110 6 = Triple flash
1000 8 = Four flashes
1010 A = Five flashes
1100 C = Six flashes
1110 E = Seven flashes

Truncate the LSB (shift right)
Binary/Hex
000 0 = Disabled
001 1 = One flash
010 2 = Two flashes
011 3 = Triple flash
100 4 = Four flashes
101 5 = Five flashes
110 6 = Six flashes
111 7 = Seven flashes

how about that ...3 most significant bits is actually the # flashes.
funny how 'puters work.

So as you say what does the least significant bit do?
0111 7 = Turn signal stays on until canceled
i would say stay on until cancelled, regardless of what the other MSB bits are set to is the purpose of the LSB.
i make the assumption that AA's work is posted as a result of actual tests.
so, a test would be required for 1,3,5,9,B,D,F to confirm LSB.
in the meantime...0,2,4,6,8,A,C,E would be the safer values to use (no DTCs), so that the LSB stays a 0, as it was originally, until we know exactly the function of the LSB.

Hello, guys! Admire your research. Found a lot of useful information. I want to ask for your support on the inclusion of the dynamic lines on its 2016 Explorer lim with Sync 2. I read everything I found on this topic. Tried many combinations, but to activate the line fails. Intuition tells me that I'm close to a solution, but stalled on the understanding of the technology. The last bad experience I have is with trying to activate the line via the inclusion of Dynamic Lines Rear Camera Equipped 11-16MY PSCM 730-01-03 **xx zz 00=Not Present, 01=Present. It turns out the strange thing. If I put 01, then I get error ABS. However, I can't understand how turn on/off the display of dynamic lines can affect this unit. I would be grateful for any help. Regards, Andrew (sorry for my English, use online translator)

This is an F150 forum, and while some have worked with Explorers, the code and the order of the bits is very different. Since we dont have Explorers to work with, we wont be investigating them.

What I tested in my truck was the quick push of the turn signal where it immediately returns to the neutral position with and without a trailer connected; I didn't test it the fully up/down position. I'll do that this morning and post results to the spreadsheet.

It's funny of all the things that would control the turn signal, I wouldn't have expected it to be in the SCCM. Now that it was discovered in there, it makes a lot of sense.
