If your laptop doesn't have built-in bluetooth, I'd recommend buying this usb bluetooth adapter (I've used it and know it works with the MX BT): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009ZIILLI/
I have got the extended license and am fixing to try and figure out how to save all the original files.

So I showed him what it was doing and was ready to give up for the night and boom it worked. So I don't know what the fix really is,maybe adjusting in reverse and waiting longer to goto park to save? IDK
I did leave the C out, so 740-12-01 F0xx seems to do it all.
Just a thought but when your son got in the truck was it in accessory mode? Opening the door would have rebooted it right?

I've run into APIM issues like that before.

I bought a Lenovo N22 laptop for $127 from BJ's wholesale... it's also on Groupon for a similar price.

It runs in Windows 10.

In adition to this:

"BCM:
726-27-01 x0xx xxxx xxxx Front Lamp Outage Detection Off

726-27-01 0001 0000 01xx fogs and high beam remembered after off/on (** Use this if your truck has stock LEDs **)"

I'm also 95% certain 726-50-01 needs to be changed to 108E as well.

Finally read every page. Got my OHP wired reader and my WPT1212 harness. Haven't had a chance to sit down and wire things up yet.

Copied all my defults and changed a value or two. Have Bambi mode
Canadian disabled DRL.
Did the double honk but didn't work so gotta revisit that.
Heated seat controls (like others always defaults home now)

I've already asked on the other FORScan forum thread and nobody seems to know for sure. My son has a 2014 F-150 and wants to replace his traction control button with the Traction Control/ Hill Descent Control switch on his XLT and enable it through FORScan. Does anyone have an idea if using the same values for the 2015+ address will work on the 2014?
Thanks in advance.
