Are you able to start/stop, lock/unlock, get fuel remaining on your iPhone or Android phone?

I purchased my 2018 F150 around Oct 1st. The app was set up and working fine. My last status that successfully updated was on October 10th. After this day, the app doesn't refresh, I cant use any of the remote features either. There are a few people with this issue. But it seems like few people also have this app working.

I just wanted to see how many people have the app working and not working. I don't think it is a regional thing because I'm in northern Canada and I have seen people from down in the states reporting this issue.

I rely on this app since where I live, the remote key doesn't have the range to start up my truck in the morning. I rely on the app to do that. And the temp is already -7 and in the winter it averages around -30 and drops to -45. So having this app is really handy.

I will edit this post when I get home to add some pictures. And tell you what I've done so far.

Calling Ford's pass is a joke. They don't k ow anything and their canned answer is that "engineers are working on it". The chat is useless, had it open for 30mins and nothing.

Dealership booked for a week. Made an appointment somewhere near end of November. That's when I'm free.

Logs me out a bunch, but works consistently.

No issues with my Ford Pass that I'm aware of. Just tested it out and worked fine.

Used my factory key fob remote start to start my truck from approximately 200 feet away this past weekend. Had clear line of sight which likely helped.

Had our '17 for a couple months and Ford Pass has been terrific!

Can lock, unlock, check fuel level, find my truck, remote start it, check my Ford Credit account, and it even says I can find and pre-pay for parking but I have never used that particular feature.

I signed up the day we got our truck and have not had to sign in since.

I am using a Samsung S7 Android and a PC to access mine flawlessly.

2018 registered Oct 16. Working fine.

After reading all the issue I was careful to turn OFF automatic update when I set it up. currently sitting at v2.3

It's pretty much useless for my 2016. It shows the fuel level and that's it. Doesn't even give the option for starting/stopping or unlocking the doors. I deleted the app.

Not working for me as of the 6th reported in the other thread. Was told it’s only affecting 2018 F150s.

Works great with my 2017. Downloaded and registered the Apple IOS version at the dealership during the sale on August 31. Haven't had to login since then. I can start the truck, lock and unlock doors and check fuel level. Haven't used any other features, but I'm guessing they work.
