Ford Sync 3

Being Ford's biggest selling vehicle I could almost see them justifying it. But that would probably make too much sense. And with the truck being so new, it probably won't make it to the F150 for a while. I'm sure they would like to get more than 1 model year's usage out of the Nav system components.

WoW this really blows spend 60k and NOW they want to repalce the system one year AFTER the debut of a ALL NEW COMPANY FACE VEHICLE LAUNCHES?
Man I dont even want to buy the truck now. If I did then I would have to buy it lose money, trade it in in 2016 for another F-150. ugh. Maybe I should just look at that Grand Cherokee Summit again. Man I was so pumped.

I haven't ordered a 2015 yet, but I feel really bad for those that have and then this news comes out. This was a HUGE oversight by Ford, IMO. Why not plan the launches to coincide with each other? What better vehicle launch to highlight the new Sync 3 than a 2015 F150, Ford's flagship vehicle?

I have to say that this will make me hold off on my 2015 purchase. Frustrating, but I'm a big technology guy and this is a pretty big deal for me... I am glad to see some progress all the same but really am wanting Android Auto functionality as well.
