I just got off a live chat with Ford and the release date has been pushed back to late 2017.

Here is what they responded to me when I tweeted @Ford... I suspect they have run into some issues which has delayed the release. I'm going to wait for one, I've had one too many auto start installers mess around with my car, need a seamless integration.

I will be released right after Half Life 2: Episode 3, FireFly and Terra Nova Seasons 2.

Default 12/10 update from chat

Just chatted with a representative about this:

I am showing that the Smartlink should be released and ready for purchase at Ford and Lincoln dealership in early 2018, however there has not been any updates for a specific date in the year of 2018.

No pricing listed at this time.

Well I would imagine it's coming soon. Fordpass has the option to add a vehicle with it (Fordpass Smartlink) under the account settings. So they have the software side (phone app) setup for it.

Smartlink is available for purchase at one dealership in Denver. Can't remember the name. Early January it will be available nationwide.

It is a dealer installed product. There are three levels of service.

Full prepaid. Up front cost only (highest out of pocket cost).
Monthly. No upfront cost (highest monthly fee).
Prepaid with monthly Smaller upfront cost, smaller monthly fee.

I didn't get details on the costs but if someone can find the dealership in Denver that has it please post the costs.

Phil Long Ford. Can anyone in Denver get more information if that is your dealership?
