This makes perfectly good sense, however, I wouldve thought the truck would be marked and then set aside to a rework area as soon as it comes off the line.

not sure if you were being sarcastic, just looking for attention, or over-reacted

There's a lariat eco on the lot by me and one door has a eco badge the other does not. Makes me laugh. No one at the dealer has seen it or just do not care.

This^^ made me laugh out loud lol

Most sales men can't answer a question unless they find the answer in the brochure, so finding stuff like this that was missed at delivery doesn't surprise me, most of us are too excited about a new truck to notice a minor detail such as this or a badge.

Although I probably would have talked to the dealer long before posting about it online but that's just common sense to me.

You sound like a man that truly cares about your job and doing it right. I would like to thank you for that. I hope there are many like you in the Dearborn plant where my truck was built. Thanks again!

Thank you for the kind words Ford has been great to my family and helps me provide for my kids... I'm thankful to have this job and the only reason we are working lots of overtime is because of all of you . I want to do my part to make sure everyone is happy. Unfortunately, it's the negative attention that effects us the most. If there's something I can do that will help him or anyone, I'll do it. I want him, his family, his friends to consider buying another Ford instead of remembering a mistake that was made and not handled well. I'm just lucky to have become personal friends with many of you from my past builds, races, and conversations ")
