Default ford raptor is 2017 model with 10 speed 3.5 eco

Honestly, I prefer the older Raptor after seeing that. Especially the grille...not feeling it on the 2017.

Of course, all those people who swore up and down they wouldn't buy a new M3 when it came out were some of the first to put their money down on a new one, which will be the case with the new Raptor.

Ford logo was a bit more subduded on old Raptor. the grill shape reminds of a the new Toyota Tacoma.

Except that the new M has received the worst reviews ever in its history and lots of folks are not buying new ones. Sales aren't doing so well.

That leads me to believe that all F150's will likely get the 10-speed in 2017. Will there be two 3.5 EB's or will all get the new one. That will be a beast. Be interested to see.

Yeah, nobody thought the EB would be as big a success in the F150 as it was, but here we are. I don't think most people are as hung up about engine noise as they seem in the forums.

I half debated waiting until 2016 to see if the new tranny would make it, but this probably means next years truck won't see any big changes at all.
