Ford Misrepresentation - Goodyear Fortitude HR / Not All-Terrain
I recently purchased a 4x4 Screw Sport 2.7 Ecoboost. I have been waiting my entire life to own an F150, and was ecstatic with my purchase.
As I was filing my sales paperwork I noticed that the vehicle is supposed to have All-Terrain Tires as stated on the service invoice and window sticker, similar to the FX4; however possessed HR tires.
I contacted the dealership about 2-3 weeks ago regarding this issue, but was referred to Ford Customer Service. When I contacted Ford Customer Service, they said that the dealership needs to address the issue.
Yesterday, I was able to get the dealership to take the vehicle in to take pictures of the current tires and other document the issue; however, was informed by my service advisor that Ford is unwilling to address the issue, and since the dealer will not be reimbursed they are willing to fix the issue.
This morning I contacted Ford Customer Service at the request of my dealership. Again Ford Customer Service is unwilling to address the issue and states the dealer is responsible.
I know several of you own similar 4x4's, do any of you have the same issue, or just me?

I did find this for the Sport Package. It does state 4x4 get All Terrain Tires
The Brochure is hard to figure out... Depends on this and that on what tires you get
You can try to figure it out... http://www.ford.com/trucks/f150/brochures/

Goodyear considers the wrangler fortitude that comes on these trucks an all terrain tire.
It says so right on the goodyear website.

Some of us, me included would like a more aggressive tire. But it's not misrepresented.

I can see your frustration. I don't think most people consider the Fortitude HT to be an A/T tire - it's more of an all-season, but Goodyear does indeed include it in it's "all-terrain" category:
https://www.goodyear.com/en-US/tires...ry/all-terrain
TireRack, on the other hand, calls it a "highway all-season" which I think might be more appropriate.
I have a Lariat 4x4, no FX4 package and got the Fortitude HTs as well. I think the FX4 package is what gets you the Wrangler A/T Adventure?
Since there's not really an ironclad definition of what does and does not qualify as an "all-terrain" tire - if the exact tires you'll get are important to you, sell your factory ones and get your own!

Don't worry, they'll be bald in a year and you can replace them. There's a reason the tires are called Good(for a)year.
And as I say this as a former Goodyear employee.
