Folda a cover g4 elite

I don't know anyone on here who has one but looks like the real deal to me. I like being able to open the front or the back section. Especially like the back section being able to be opened without lowering the tailgate. I would not be afraid of buying one after looking at all their videos and their automotive grade hardware and latches. You purchase directly from them in Michigan.

I was interested in the G4, loved how it could open from the front or back and seemed more secure + waterproof. But, didn't like how it used aluminum panels (more potential for dings & scratches), and you couldn't open it fully w/o removing it. Sure, you can take it off easily, but with the tri fold ones, you can fold them up and have full use of the bed vs. having the cover stuck in there (if you can't leave it at home).

fold a cover
I had the the LS Series on my Gmc canyon. The quality was great. I had it for 11 years, the only thing I had to do was repaint it around the 9th year. I am going to buy either the LS or elite series not sure yet. I talked to them about 2 weeks ago, they said to give them 6 to 8 weeks to release it.

I ordered a Retrax Pro MX last Friday. Haven't received it yet. Will post pictures once installed.
It was down between the Retrax and FoldaCover. I think the Retrax will best suit my style of what I use the truck for.
I still don't understand why anyone would want to drop the tailgate in order to open and get access to the bed (even when lifting over to get something out).. All these covers everyone is buying requires dropping of the gate to open the rear panel. Not faulting their choices, just don't understand it.

I had a retrax on my previous F250 and loved it but was concerned with the shorter bed on the 150 so I began the search. I really wanted the fold a cover bad for the front access to the bed. The only concern I had was the profile of the fold a cover.
I would have purchased the fold a cover but in the end they were too late to market with their cover as I needed it now. I went with the flex as it was the lowest cost cover that met my needs at this time.
