At 1k drained oil and refilled with Penz Plat 5w30
Will do the same at 3k miles
Change filter and fluid at 5k and every 5k thereafter.
Brake fluid and coolant will get flushed every 2 years.
Trans fluid and diff fluid changed every 30k
Plugs changed every 30k also.

My first was at 1,800mi, then 5,800. I just moved up to 5w30 @ 10,800 miles and these engines most definitely should be running it.
While it seems every credible mechanic suggest's moving to 5w30. I haven't heard one suggest 5w40 to date.
Yet I'm seeing more mustang owners and a few f150 guys say 5w40 is the cure all, if you have the batch of 18's with the knock.
I don't have enough proof to make that move yet. I also didn't hear any noise till it was time for an oil change and after moving to 5w30, it runs like my 14 did. Quiet and solid.

2019 3.0L Turbo Diesel, oil and filter changed at 580 mils. Pulled filter apart, absolutely NO contamination of filings present. Next change at 2K. Changed it using the Ford filter and Ford F150 super special diesel oil....ha ha....but anyway, runs great....
