Great to hear Chazmo, I recently made a short trip to my parents, Pa to Del. About 240 miles round trip, I was suprised to see my mileage. I averaged 22 mpg. With my 15 F150, 5.0 3.55 gears. Still new with only 3800 miles on it. Only wish the 5.0 would have cylinder deactivation when needed. I am very happy with my new ride.

I've taken mine on a few 9 hour and 6 hour trips. Averaged 19.4 mpg and was the most comfortable I've ever been on long drives. Never had to pull over and stretch my back, no sciatica pain, and pure comfort. Love the new f150.

Brando new 2016 XLT 3.5 Ecoboost. Drove from Houston to Dallas and back in a day. Average 78 MPH, got 19.2 MPG 522 miles round trip. After trip, I have a whopping 700 miles on the truck. Looks like folks begin to see north of 22 MPG after 2000 miles.

I travelled from Youngstown,Ohio home to Putnam NY recently and it was the first time I ever made it on one tank of gas in any vehicle. Standard gas tank. 2.7 ecoboost.

Wow that is great. I had gone east to west to get there and did 19mpg. Got 23 going west to east on the return. Credited a tailwind! And remember.. I had the roller coaster hills of PA to deal with. Made a recent trip to a buddy delivering a motorcycle to Canfield. (S of Ytown). Trailer made a big difference. Averaged 16.

I know the area well. Originally from Alliance. Spent the last 28 years working in NYC but still head to Ohio to visit. Got the truck primarily to haul motorcycles across PA. The trailers were hell on those hills of I80 in PA with the SUV. The F150 doesn't even know it's back there. PS. If you're ever at the Guilford Lake Grill on a Summer weekend with the parking lot full of bikes. I may be there!
