Feel free to call me an idiot!
I have misplaced my keyfob (push button start).
The thing is if I use the keypad to get in the truck, the vehicle lets me start the truck. This means the key is somewhere inside the vehicle, right?
I have torn the whole truck apart and cant find it.
It wont let me lock the door from the outsite.

You're an idiot.
I don't really mean that but you said I could...
They could be anywhere near the truck? Rear bumper, in the bed, on the hood, under the hood, under the truck, on a side step? maybe?

Beleive me I thought it might me in the liner of my jacket or something but no luck and since its not locking from the outside I think it must be inside and not on my person.

^^^ done this lol.
Also, my wife carries her spare key in her purse. So if she is with me, we can get into the truck without my keys. Not always a good thing lol.
