We started with State Farm in 1967. Was home on leave and just married and bought our first car. Saw the S.F. Sign on the window and stopped in. It was the agents first day in business. He became a family friend. He retired last year, but his office manager is still continueing with the new agent. Automobile insurance has been great. Homeowners, there have been some issues with some claims.

Lol......I was thing the same thing.

I must be missing something.

He has a 2016 4x4 5.0 SuperCab and full coverage is that cheap.

His deductible must be the price of his truck. lol

I've had USAA for years now. Not the cheapest, but they have always taken care of me and any claim quickly.

The largest auto insurance companies by market share

2Berkshire Hathaway Insurance18,622,626

3Allstate Insurance Group18,067,452

4Progressive Insurance Group15,373,142
Anyone have any idea why State Farm is the most popular company?

Probably because they have the highest rates and worst claim service.

Just kidding, I've had them for over 40 years, and I think that we are ahead of the game with claims vs. premiums paid.
