For the price, I'm satisfied with my choice. I have the P-rated 275/60R20 and they are as quiet as the OEM ones (hankook dynapro). Your ride will be a lot better with p-rated tires. The softer sidewall will provide additional cushion. 1/2 ton trucks don't need LT rated tires unless they tow heavy loads regularly or unless owner needs aditionnal plys to prevent puncture during off-road use...
Do you by chance have a picture of those?...They really seem like a viable option, they are also much lighter that an LT. In many cases 15-20 lb. per tire.

Yep, and they come with a 55k miles warranty Much better than the LT ones. The wildpeaks are 6-7 lbs heavier than my OEM tires I believe, which is OK for a bigger tire. I did felt a slight decrease in MPG, but not anything dramatic. The LT ones would have been 15-20 lbs heavier I believe.

Another option - and I almost went with these instead - are the Geolandar A/T G015... The LT thread and the P-rated thread is not the same and that's the main reason why I didn't choose them. The thread is a little less aggressive than the Wildpeaks so I presume they would be better suited for highway drivers or long trips.

I have put 3000 miles on them so far and I can still see the coloured stripes (lines) on the surface of the tire...

Perfect thank you! They are even on OE wheels.

Indeed! The 20'' sport wheels are dope! Not planning on changing them at all.

I have the same tires, same size and have probably 12k on mine, I like them so far. Way better than the Hankooks that came on the truck. I have not however had the BFG's to compare. I also looked at the Gelardar's and decided to go with the Falkens.

When I went to my inlaws for Christmas, it was 300 miles of nastyness (26 degrees and rain, freezing rain then snow, at one stop there was over an 8th of an inch of ice covering the entire front of my truck). The Falkens did fine.

Do you have a side profile picture of your truck with it on the ground running these tires? One thing I love about Falkens was the killer side wall. Now you have my contemplating trying them in a P rated size. I'm just don't want them too look small with my leveling it. I really wish more oversized tires could be had in P-ratings.

That makes two of us....I think tire manufactures are missing the boat on this.
