You're kind of comparing apples to oranges unless you ask that too. I've learned a ton about tires just by reading a bunch of threads about truck tires on this forum.

I've run LT E rated Falkens through at least 2 sets. I've also run a pair or 2 at C rating too IIRC. They are my favourite tire. Once the Goodyears are shot on my 2018 Falkens will be going on.

I've owned both...275/70r18 BFG KO2's and 305/64r18 At3ws. If I had to pick it would BFGs. Aft we about 10k miles my Falkens got really loud and I sold them. I'm running 305/55r20 BFGs now but just listed them on Craiglist. Looking at running Toyo Open Country R/Ts this spring.

I had enough on the BFG's and Falken's. My driving is mixed. Leaning more on around town. I'd say a 60/40 split. I have 1.5 level up front. I drove the BFG's and the Falken's about 12k miles a piece. Rotated every 5k miles. I'm not knocking the Falken's. I sold them to co-worker who is running them and has no issues. They had incredible winter traction (I plowed with them), but over time they got louder and I would hear them, turning, on off ramps etc. It wasn't unbearable. But it was enough to drive me to try something new. LOL I had a set of Continental Terrain Contacts for 5k miles (great quiet tire), I just couldn't stand the sport wheel on my truck due to the chrome bumpers. Made the wheels look like they were dirty with brake dust. My current BFG's only have about 4k miles and I'm only selling them to get something different. I want to go back to chrome wheels instead of black. I just bought a set of oem 20's off an 2018. Once my BFG's sell, I'll get tires and mount them up. I have tire issues. I know. Pictures are a little out of order. The last picture is my current winter setup. I plan to put snows on those wheels. I've only been running them for the last 2 months, can't wait to take them. I will say...17 inchers..ride amazing and my gas mileage is awesome.

My buddy has the same truck, but with KO2 (Load C or D, I don't remember). My Wildpeaks are surely quieter and the ride is better. It's a less aggressive tire (less AT) than the KO2.
For the price, I'm satisfied with my choice. I have the P-rated 275/60R20 and they are as quiet as the OEM ones (hankook dynapro). Your ride will be a lot better with p-rated tires. The softer sidewall will provide additional cushion. 1/2 ton trucks don't need LT rated tires unless they tow heavy loads regularly or unless owner needs aditionnal plys to prevent puncture during off-road use...
