Why would they sell it then? Kicker gave me the Ford part number, VKL3Z-18808-A. Local ford dealer could order it.

Maybe the new one plugs in someplace else?

Anyone work at a Ford dealer who get me a copy of the install PDF?

Not a waste to me. Could have been there. Interior of these things come apart pretty easy anyway.

Default Easiest way to go

Honestly if you can spare 80 dollars you should go with a plugnplaykits.com set up it saves you alot of trouble and time. Like the name say its literally plug and pay. No forsacan needed or WPT.

I didnt wanto splice or have to wire anything myself so i ordered the one from Plunplaykits.com and it works like a charm i have a 2018 XLT with 8 inch non sony. Its 30 more than the parrot harness and i dont have to do any work. It was literally plug and play. I give it a 5 star rating very well made

A few questions if you will. I'm trying to understand just what were you trying to accomplish with the harness. What is the part # for the harness. I need to get a signal to my Hideaway sub. If there is a T harness that plugs in at the amp, it may be better than tapping at the front door speakers.
Another question is this Plugplaykits.com has no contact info on the site. Just to be clear, I don't do Facebook. How do you contact them to ask a question or clarify?. I start looking at those pictures and my head starts to swim.

For anyone interested in the factory kicker sub for the 2019 F-150, part number VKL3Z-18808-A. This sub wires into the one of the plugs on the back of the radio. It gets power from the distribution power block under the hood. I got the install instructions from Kicker and the sub will work with my truck and I would imagine other 2019 trucks.

Default What is the thing with the “A” on it?

I have a 19 Lariat and noticed I have the same thing but my harness seems plugged into that thing with the A on it. Just trying to eliminate accidentally deploying an airbag if it’s not what I think it is...

is it just a harness holder for the aux sub output? Thanks -Mark

Any pics, or does it look identical? Quick install?
Looking at this, it sort of implies that other speakers are upgraded also? https://www.tascaparts.com/oem-parts...AaAoZAEALw_wcB
