Hawkeye, your previous post reads like there might be some redundant low frequencies between door woofers and subwoofer. Just be sure the doors are highpassed and the sub is lowpassed but not at the same freq. Needs separation because of attenuation. In my truck, doors are highpassed at 120 hz and sub is lowpassed at 80 hz. Because of attenuation, there is nothing missing between 120 and 80. I hope this makes sense to you.
Is there a setting in Forscan which designates this? As far as the Forscan code spreadsheet for that line 0-9 are EQ settings, but the actual values are not listed.

no you need a DSP or LOC or Amp that will cross them over for you
Hello fellow sub junkies! I have the kicker sub behind the seat that was factory installed in my truck I just bought used. It does not have any sound coming out of it at all. Could that be a fuse issue or should I try and replace the little onboard amp?

Just checking here - but you just bought the truck used and it had the Kicker subwoofer option installed as a factory option when the truck was new? If that is the case I would believe that Forscan is configured correctly and you likely have a blown fuse, if not the fuse then it is easy to see if everything else is working by measuring the different signals where the subwoofer plugs into the truck wiring harness. Just an FYI however - I installed a sub in my truck and tried everything I could think of to get it working and in the end my amp was bad replace amp and boom...but I only figured this out by checking all the signals with a multimeter.

correct. I was told it has the Sony system but none of my speakers say Sony on them so I believe it was the standard 7 speaker package with the sub added at factory. I can’t find a fuse for just the sub anywhere so I’m assuming something got fried somewhere that I can’t see. Can you tell me what pins I should be seeing voltage on at the sub?
There is a dedicated fuse for the sub. It is in the fusebox under the hood. I believe fuse 22 (I am not sure)? - Do a search for subwoofer fuse to be sure. It is a 20amp fuse.
Just did mine today. Made a bracket that mounts to the rear seat mounts to support the sub. Still need to mess with the settings though as I am slightly dissapointed. Previous truck had two 10's but with only a 200w amp. Kind of expected the kicker to sound a bit better.
