Factory sub
Right.... The two BIG black wires on the WPT harness are positive and negative....
The blue wire on the kicker is the remote turn on, the WPT harness only provides 6v, not 12v. It WORKED on my small kicker amp, but may not on yours.
The grey and white wires are probably a stereo input source. The WPT has a single mono source. There is at least 1, if not more wires in the WPT harness you won't use. Hope that helps.

does anyone have a picture of how the black and green wires matchup between the wpt1212 and kicker hideaway harness with black, red, blue, white, gray wires? I'm sure the answer lies above but I am a complete novice on stereo wiring and a picture or straight explanation of "connect this wire to this wire" would be tremendously helpful. Really appreciate any help!
One final question for the audio gurus / Kicker Hideaway owners. Is there a consensus on enabling External SPEAKER over External SUBWOOFER via Forscan? I see some back and forth on this but wasn't sure if there was truly a difference. Speaker makes more sense to me so that there is truly just 1 crossover on the sub amp that controls the incoming sound. Thanks for any thoughts on this!!
I have a 2016 SCREW non-sony XLT and will be wiring via the WPT1212 harness adapter if that truly matters.

i just bought one of these factory option kicker subs on eBay. Seller not sure if he has the mounting bolts. Does anyone know what size they are and how many do I need ? I am sure I can find some at HD or fastenal.
Just came across this thread, i have a 2018 Lariat and i was wondering if you could use the WPT-1212 to obtain line + and - from the factory harness, then run those to a line out converter like the Audio Control LC2i for an aftermarket sub woofer install without having to cut into any speaker wires? if so would you still need to use ForScan to get signal to those wires? And could i just cap the power, ground and signal wires coming from the harness since i would be running my own to the aftermarket amp.
Can anyone confirm that a B&O sub from a raptor will fit my truck? Have a friend selling one.
I have confirmed that my truck has the wiring harness on the drivers side behind the back seat so think it should be plug and play if anyone can confirm that it will fit.
Help!
Thanks,
