Factory sub
I am running into the same issue. Did you ever figure out how to fix it?
it's not turned available on all trucks.. i played with forscan trying different configurations when i found a thread that said it might not be turned on. I went ahead and got the FOR-CK11 harness instead
Do you have any direction to the thread? I have gone through with forscan and changed the settings. the factory wire is now receiving power and a remote turn on signal is powering the sub on/off, but I cannot get sound. I've tried using a high level input and a line output converter
Did you ever get an answer to this?
Hello All,
I have a 2018 STX, I have the WPT-1212 in the C pillar next to the rear passenger seat. I looked into my fuse box and I have no 20amp fuse in slot 22. My question is, If I put the fuse in slot 22 will the WPT-1212 be provided power immediately or do i also need to enable the sub option using Forscan for power to be provided to WPT-1212? I ask this because I plan to use a multimeter to validate of the WPT-1212 is supply power on all required pins , as apparently the 2018 year is hit or miss with this. I am very new to this and read through the entire thread to get a better understanding but I am still VERY new to anything car audio/electrical.
Thanks!

If I remember correctly….. On my 2017 12v power was there before I enabled it but the 5v “power on” was not.

Sadly Fuse slot #22 on my ford has nothing inside to accept the fuse. It just slides in and makes no contact with anything.
Looks like it will be running power from the battery for me...
just to verify on a 2018 Ford f-150 STX it is slot # 22 that is labeled for factory amp correct?
