yea definitely doesn't look like a 4inch block. Wonder why they call it their 4" kit?

Usually the lift kits lift the front of the truck the advertised amount and the rear components lift the truck enough to level it out. So since the trucks are about 3" lower in the front than the rear from factory, you only need a small amount of lift in the rear.

The picture above shows a 2.25" block like he said previously. Which only lifts the rear of the truck 1" above factory components

Thanks! Well keep us informed about consumption. I'm in an F250-I think cruise ships stop faster...

I'm curious if he he's the full 4 inches up front. looks like he has more than 3 inches left on the coilovers/

That was my question earlier but it didn't get answered. Didn't know how this lift actually works. If it's a 4" that can go up when you crank coilovers or if it was a 2" with capabilities to crank up to 4" lift.

His front end is 2" taller than mine. I have 2.5" spacer and 285/65/20. So I would say he's at 4" in the front as it sits. Bottom of my fender is 40" and his is 42".

I'm not well versed in lift terminology but I believe there's the ability to lift it higher with the coilovers in the front but at the cost of less travel?

The height of the center of fenders before lift was: Front= 37" Rear=39"
The height of the center of fenders after lift is: Front & Rear = 42"

I don't know how much (if at all) the 35" tires added to the equation but I'm sure some of you guys will know.

I went with Fabtech for two reasons:
1. Their Warranty: http://fabtechmotorsports.com/five-s...y-warranty.php
2. They are pretty local to where I live and they have a great relationship with the shop where I had it done: http://www.lge-ctsmotorsports.com/

Thanks, since you netted 5" of lift it has to be a full 4" suspension and the coils are cranked up slightly to give 1" extra.

Subtract the difference between stock rubber and 35's and he's right around 3-4''. regardless. Looks looks really good!
