Default F150 tremor 2018/2019

Could ford be bringing back the F150 tremor for 2018/2019?

Exclamation

WHY would they? It only lasted one model year in 2014. I had one. $41,000 for a regular cab Ecoboost was a bit pricey.

Of couse, Mine had been on the lot 1.6 years when I got it. I think I ended up paying $28K OTD.

Dealers who ended up being stuck with them took a bigggg loss.

More likely to see a new Lightning than a Tremor.

How about a Raptor body and trim with the HO engine but a street oriented suspension and wheels? (and gearing!) . Nice as the Raptor is, it is hard to justify or rationalize when 99%+ of the time my truck is on road !

I would call that more a lightning.

In fact I'd trim down the body panels and the like as it won't really need the fender flares as it won't have to have the front wheels as large.

but yes I'd sure look at one too. I don't off road - it wouldn't be my farm truck - I want more room than a mustang - still haul the occasionally things for home use - but lay rubber when I feel like it.

a crew cab setup like that would most likely replace my current daily driver.

Standard cab, short bed, wide body (Raptor) could house some big rubber, killer brakes, and the new 7.0L with a Whipple.

where did this speculation come from to begin with?

Just a "wish list"?

I’d much prefer something like a toned down roush truck, or a “street” version of the raptor. Lightning could be the roush truck but on street tires, that would be cool.

The tremor was meh, not many people want a regular cab that is decked out, most reg cabs seem to be work or stripped down basic trucks. Not really why anyone would really want a tremor to be honest?

That is awesome you got it for under 30k. When I was buying my 2014 ccsb at the end of the year (December 2014) they had three of the tremors left. I joked with the salesman I'd buy one if the first number of the price was a "2". He literally laughed at me for making that low of an offer. He called back a few weeks later and said they'd go 32k. Then he called another two months later and said they'd do 29k. I passed because I had just boight a superdiry by that time. I think the truck was on their lot another 3-4 months after that.
