It was totally my fault. Lol. We were trying to get this jackass in a Mustang out (took a little over an hour). I was hooked to the Chevy, who was hooked through the wheels of the Mustang (not ideal, but underside is SMOOTH). I stayed on the gas too long and dug too deep. Truck wouldn't give me anything at all in reverse, and would barely spin the tires in first... 4Lo the whole time, TC and AdvanceTrac "off". Got "service advancetrac", "hill descent malfunction", "hill start assist malfunction". Turned the truck off and back on, fixed the errors. I'm guessing TC was messing up everything when I was buried... I need to find a way to truly turn it off with the button...

Oh, and it was in Sport mode to have the highest kick on parameters...

I got service advancetrac malifunction and hill start malfunction on my truck in my driveway. It happend maybe 3 times in 2 years I own the truck. I wanted to go get it checked out but if I turn the truck off and start it back up it disappears. Dealer said they need to see it. I don't know why is doing that sometimes
btw that is a nice looking truck!!

My buddy had it happen to him when he was goofing off at the beach one time. Too much tech... I'm thinking about wiring the power for advancetrac to a switch so I can FULLY disable it with a switch. Not sure if that's possible though.

Thanks!

Lol. Nah. I was hooked onto the front of him helping get traction. A 2002 (maybe) 6.0 F250 pulled me out then hooked onto the Chevy to pull the mustang. Lol
