I was making a left turn onto Erwin Rd, from Cameron Blvd. He was coming towards me, the light was green in both directions, and I thought I could turn in front of him. WRONG! He clipped my tail, No skid marks, or tire sounds, so he never applied brakes. You may be right about him texting.

Any determination on who was officially at fault? Who's picking up the bill?
The civic, obviously, looks to have more damage done to it, it may even be totaled if there's some major frame damage. But, with the aluminium on the truck, it might cost just as much (if not more) to fix as the civic ...??

Here in Mich. the person making the left would be ticketed for failure to yield.
