If you are running 37s and have not changed the gearing in the truck. I know myself and I'm sure others would like to hear about it , see pics and details (what lift? Wheel size and offset ? How much trimming was needed?)

Also since you have not changed gears have you run into any issues ? How is the performance ect

.
What was your truck's factory tire size and what is your truck's axle gearing now?

I'm not sure about factory size tire. I currently have 3.31 gears and 5.0 engine. I have on 20x10 -18 wheels on 35s with RC leveling kit ATM.

You couldn't get out of your own way starting from a traffic light.

I think that's overkill for describing the effect. If the OP is fine with 3.31 gears and 35in tires, then odds are he wouldn't notice the effect of going up to 37s.

Lol. I have 33s ATM and don't notice a difference from stock. I know there are some people out there running 37s who haven't done hearing so hopefully they can chime in

To quote a wise individual, "You can't cheat physics." Do you want to cheap out? To have a looker truck that doesn't run hard? and sucks fuel? Go ahead. But, if you're smarter than you're letting on, then do yourself a favor and re-gear if you're going to run that tire size. Otherwise, stick to 35s and slug it out in traffic.

My two cents: Assuming that with your 3.31 you had a 17" Michelin (or whatever) the diameter of which was 30.5"... call it 31" for the sake of this discussion. You want to go SIX inches taller... every inch increase is akin to .125 gear. 6 X .125 = .750 of gear.

3.31 - .750 (minus, 'cause your going taller with the effective final gearing) = your stock tire size and a 2.56 axle. Great...

I'll stick to 35s. Re gearing the truck cost wise isn't worth the extra tire size and voids my warranty
