Ecoboost regear

Post up when you get it done. Thanks for doing the math for me. That extra 400 rpm seems pretty high at 70 and I imagine it would be even higher at 80-90 compared to stock

If all you are concerned with is boost, then don't worry about it. It will boost based on load regardless of gearing, especially with the 10 speed since it has a more effective gear management with taller and shorter gearing than the 6 speed. The shorter gears will bring your highway RPM down and the lower it is the better the MPG will be provided it isn't lugging to do so, and then you will be in boost.
I think the real question should be, what needs to be done once the gears are changed to let the PCM know? Does it need to be reprogrammed by the dealer? With the 6 speed and a tune, that is easy, but with the 10 speed?
Curious to see the outcome.

I will program the new gear setup with a sct. I am after more low end power but also have a hunch with the new gearing boost levels should be lower on the interstate cruising because it's not lugging the motor as bad.

FWIW, I have 285/65/20 on 3.55 gears, 2016 EB 3.5 - I run about 1700rpm at 70mph on the interstate. My mileage did not drop a significant amount. Yeah, the truck feels slower getting up to speed but it hasn't affected me with lane changes or on ramps.
