Hey, folks, I am looking to pull the trigger and get a Platinum this month. I am interested in modifying for more power though. One thing I have noticed on the boards is a lot of seemingly random blown motor threads.

I would like this thread to be a drama free pure fact, drama free, non-finger pointing poll to hopefully show us whats happening out there with these motors. I included the top options for maps that I was seeing. If your Tuner is not listed please reply anyway and I will add it to the list.

If you're looking for big power, you're better off with a 5.0 and a blower on top. I'm a 3.5EB driver, and happy with what I've got... but the 5.0 will make big power if you're willing to spend the money.

I've only seen one person on here who blew it up with a Livernois tune but that's all. Will not be much poll results here.
